Warranty:
All Demo SwingSeat chairs are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 5 years from date customer takes delivery of the chair. If any AeroMotion chair is not functioning properly as a result of a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced through one of the following methods:
1. Customer should contact us for a return authorization number and then return the chair as instructed for repairs or replacement. The chair will then be repaired and returned to the customer (24-48 hour repair turn-around time).
2. For simple or minor repairs that could be performed by a customer, we would be happy to ship the necessary parts and instructions so that the customer can perform the repair or part replacement (and save the time and cost of shipping the chair to us).
Delivery and Shipping:
We ship these chairs in like-new condition and assume they reach you in the same condition. Please inspect the shipping container and the chair for signs of possible transportation damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, notify us as soon as possible at 1-800-790-1509 or use the form (below). We will send a replacement chair immediately and will arrange for the return of the damaged chair.
Satisfaction Assurance and 30 day Return Policy on All Chairs:
Buying a chair online is a big decision and we want to be certain you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, ship your chair back to us within 30 days of the delivery date (undamaged but normal use expected) and we will refund all the money you paid to us (which means we even refund the original shipping fee). Contact us by phone or email for return information prior to return. You should carefully repackage the chair in its original container or other sutable heavy duty container (we will provide instructions) and ship it via a carrier that provides a tracking number. You may want to insure the package (transport insurance is low cost) to protect against loss or damage on its way to us.
Return policy applies to chairs purchased through SwingSeat.com only. Independent and discount resellers may have different policies. If purchasing from a source other than SwingSeat.com, please inquire prior to purchase as to their specific policies.
Privacy Policy:
We will not sell, disclose or transfer any of your private information to anyone or any organization outside our company except as required by law. For your protection, we retain only the last 4 digits of a credit card number 30 days after a transaction is completed.
